Booking & Appointments

How do I book an appointment?
The easiest way is via WhatsApp at 0815-7428-2929. We typically reply within an hour during business hours and can arrange your free consultation immediately. You can also use the contact form on our Contact page.
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes — every new client starts with a free consultation. We assess your skin, discuss your goals, and design a custom treatment plan. There's no pressure to book on the spot.
Can I bring someone with me?
Of course. A friend or partner is welcome to join you for support, especially during your first session.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Same-day cancellations may incur a small fee to cover the appointment slot. We're flexible for genuine emergencies.

Your First Visit

What should I bring?
Just yourself and any questions you have. We'll provide everything you need during the session, including aftercare products.
How long is a typical session?
Anywhere from 15 minutes (small spot removal) to 90 minutes (full facial deep clean). Each treatment page shows specific times.
Can I wear makeup to my appointment?
We'll ask you to remove it before facial or laser treatments. Come with a clean face if possible — it saves time and lets us assess your skin clearly.
Is there parking?
Yes — secure parking is available on-site. Easy access by motorbike or car. Detailed directions are on our Contact page.

Pricing & Packages

Are your prices final?
Yes — all prices listed on the Pricing page are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include treatment, aftercare gel, and any necessary numbing. Multi-session packages always offer the best value.
Do you offer payment plans?
For larger packages (full-body laser hair removal or extended tattoo removal), we offer split-payment options. Ask about this during your consultation.
Can I pay with credit card?
Yes — we accept cash, debit, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), and bank transfer. QRIS is also accepted.
Are there discounts for multiple treatments?
Yes — package bookings (6+ sessions on the same area) save significantly versus per-session pricing. We can also bundle different treatments for a custom rate.

Safety & Equipment

Is your equipment medical-grade?
Yes — every laser, IPL device, and aesthetic tool at RoseLuxe is medical-grade and Indonesia-certified. We use the same equipment found in top dermatology clinics, not consumer devices.
Is laser treatment safe?
When delivered by trained professionals with the right equipment, yes. We start every new client with a consultation and patch test to confirm the right settings for your skin tone and type.
Are there any side effects?
Most treatments have minor side effects — mild redness, slight warmth, or temporary darkening of pigmented spots. These resolve within hours to a few days. We discuss specifics for each treatment during your consultation.
What if I have a medical condition?
Please disclose all medical conditions, medications, and recent treatments during your consultation. Some conditions (pregnancy, certain skin disorders, recent isotretinoin use) require us to adjust or delay treatment for your safety.

Aftercare

What should I avoid after treatment?
For most laser and IPL treatments: avoid direct sun for 48 hours, no hot showers/saunas for 24 hours, no harsh exfoliants for a week. Detailed aftercare instructions are provided after every session.
Can I exercise after a session?
We recommend waiting 24 hours after laser or IPL treatments. Light walking is fine; intense workouts can increase redness and slow healing.
When can I wear makeup?
After a facial, we recommend waiting at least 6 hours. After laser/IPL, wait 24 hours. SPF is essential the next day for any treatment.
How can I get the best results?
Follow the recommended session schedule, use SPF daily, stay hydrated, and follow the aftercare instructions. Skipping sessions or sun exposure between sessions is the #1 cause of slower results.
